  • What are the conference hotels? What is the headquarter hotel?

    View Hotels/Accomodations.

World Council does not designate a headquarter hotel for the conference.

  • How do I make a hotel reservation?

Attendees must register for the conference before making a hotel reservation. While completing your online registration, you will be asked if you require housing for the conference. If you answer yes, the registration system will take you through the housing booking process.

  • What is the hotel cancellation policy?

Cancellation of accommodation must be submitted in writing on or before Tuesday 10 June 2014. Any changes or cancellations received from Wednesday 11 June 2014, may incur up to 100% cancellation penalties depending on the booking conditions of the property. Delegates who confirm accommodation but do not advise of cancellation before the accommodation deadline of 10 June 2014 will incur charges for the ‘no- show' rate as penalised by the hotel. This charge is calculated as the room rate per night multiplied by the dates booked and secured.

  • How do I obtain my hotel confirmation number?

Our registration system generates two confirmation numbers for your conference registration and housing. This number DOES NOT match the hotel’s system for confirmation numbers.

If you require a separate hotel confirmation number, you may contact your hotel no earlier than 13 July 2014. At that time, all reservations should be entered into their system and a hotel confirmation number should be available. Rest assured, if you have received registration and hotel confirmation numbers from us, the hotel will honor your reservation.
